Machining, grinding, fixture and holder manufacture, assembly and inspection are CMTA's own work. Heat treatment, plating and coating are coordinated through approved partners, with CMTA holding responsibility for the finished part.
The exact split for your job is confirmed at feasibility review and stated on the quotation. Coordinated processes are always described as coordinated — never presented as in-house.
Drawing review, process planning, in-process inspection and final inspection apply to every capability, with the documentation scope agreed at order stage rather than assumed.
