Applications
- Standard and custom tool holders for lathes, VTLs and machining centres
- Fixtures for repeat jobs
- Cylindrical grinding of customer-machined parts
- Reverse engineering of customer samples
Industry
Job shops take whatever comes through the door, which regularly means needing a holder, a fixture, a ground feature or a reverse-engineered part that is outside your own capacity.
Best for
Work that needs precision capacity you do not own
You send
The drawing, the sample or simply the problem
You get back
The holder, fixture, ground part or drawing you needed
How it starts
Allowance and condition confirmed before grinding work is accepted
The situation
Most job shops lose work not because they cannot machine it, but because one operation in the sequence sits outside what they own.
What you get
Tooling, fixtures, grinding and components for job shops and general engineering firms.
Cylindrical grinding, holder manufacture and fixture work available job by job rather than bought as machines.
Single pieces are routine here, so a one-job requirement does not need justifying.
Samples reverse engineered into an approved drawing you can quote and reorder against.
For grinding-only work, allowance and material condition are confirmed before the job is accepted — which protects your delivery too.
Inspection to drawing, with reports where you or your customer request them.

FAQ
The questions engineers and buyers ask before sending a drawing. If yours is not here, ask it directly — you will get an engineer's answer, not a brochure.
Still have a question?
Talk to Anita M.N, Managing Partner, or send the drawing and let the review answer it.
Yes, subject to confirming the grinding allowance and material condition before the job is accepted — that check protects your delivery as much as ours.
Yes. Single pieces and small batches are routine, and the approved drawing and process route are retained so a later production release is manufactured the same way.
Inspection reports for agreed critical dimensions, material certificates passed through from the supplier where requested at order stage, and process route information where your quality system requires it. Documentation scope is agreed before manufacture, not negotiated after delivery.
Drawings and samples are used only to prepare and execute your order, and are stored in private storage accessible to CMTA engineering. An NDA can be signed before detailed drawings are shared, and customer names, drawings and results are never published without written permission.
