Machine categories and what they do
- CNC turning for shafts, sleeves, holder bodies and adaptors
- VMC machining for plates, brackets, fixture elements and milled features
- Cylindrical grinding, internal and external, for shafts, sleeves, bushes and holder features
- Supporting conventional machines for tool room and fixture work

Machine-by-machine detail
Make, model, working envelope, spindle and chuck details for each machine will be published here after verification against the nameplates. Until then, send your drawing and feasibility will be confirmed directly rather than estimated from a page.

Inspection and metrology
The inspection equipment list, with ranges and calibration status, will be published after verification. Inspection reports on agreed dimensions are available now.

In-house versus approved partner
Machining, grinding, assembly and inspection are in-house. Heat treatment, plating and coating are coordinated through approved partners, and quotations state which is which.

Facility visits
Customers are welcome by appointment: bring a sample or drawing and discuss feasibility with the engineering team. For critical work, seeing the shop is usually worth more than reading about it.
