What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit: name, company, designation, phone, email, location and the technical description of your requirement.
• Attachments you upload: drawings, photographs and related files.
• Attribution data: the page you submitted from, campaign parameters in the URL and the referring site.
• Interaction events such as clicks on call, WhatsApp, email and download links, without personal identifiers.

Why we use it

To review, respond to and fulfil your enquiry; to prepare quotations and drawings; to manage the relationship if you become a customer; and to understand which pages lead to enquiries so the website can be improved.

Drawings and confidential material

Attachments are stored in private object storage accessible only to authorised CMTA staff, used solely for your enquiry and never published or shared with third parties except approved process partners engaged to fulfil your order, under confidentiality. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request before detailed drawings are shared.

Retention

Enquiry records and attachments are retained for as long as needed to respond and to support any resulting order, and thereafter for the period required to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted on request or according to our retention schedule.

Sharing

We use service providers for hosting, database, file storage and email delivery. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, by emailing care@cmta.in. We will respond in accordance with applicable Indian data protection law.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses strictly necessary cookies for the administration area, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site.

Google Analytics sets cookies that record pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you. We use this to see which pages lead to enquiries, not to identify individuals. We do not send your name, email, phone number or the contents of any drawing you upload to Google.

The data is processed by Google LLC and retained according to the settings on our Analytics property. You can opt out across all sites using Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this site or submit an enquiry.
